Data Request

Use this form to exercise your privacy rights — to access, export, correct, or delete the personal data Costa holds about you. These rights and our response timelines are described in our Privacy Policy.

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete it within the timelines set out in Privacy Policy §6. Every request is logged and tracked through to resolution.

If you are an end user whose requests route through a Costa customer (rather than a direct Costa account holder), Costa may act as a data processor on that customer’s behalf. In that case we will direct your request to the relevant customer (the data controller), or action it on their instruction.
